LOOKING TO PRAISE AND WORSHIP JESUS THE CHRIST, THE SON OF THE LIVING GOD. 18 No man has ever seen God at any time; the only unique Son, or the only begotten God, Who is in the bosom [in the intimate presence] of the Father, He has declared Him [He has revealed Him and brought Him out where He can be seen; He has interpreted Him and He has made Him known].

I'm not saying how much of the following article that I agree with or not. I just want to offer this up for your reading pleasure. I would like to see your comments on it.

In the article Zens points out the real problem in the theology that does not acknowledge Christ as King now. I've seen that problem, mainly with those who view The Sermon on the Mount as for another people of another time. Therein Christ is describing the nature of His subjects, those within whom dwells God the Holy Spirit along with His Word. Along with the rest of scripture that Sermon is to be meditated on; and as such meditation takes place one is transformed into the image of Christ. See 2 Cor.3:18.

Christ rules from His seat at the Right hand of His Father now. His indwelling Spirit is the means and His word is the rule. Conformity to Christ, well, what better way to see the Kingdom of God up close and personal?
